Institutional Funding and Partnerships

Held at NCVO, in London, this workshop was arranged to understand the schemes of Institutions such as DFID and European Commission and to promote partnerships between Civil Society Organisations, and in particular Muslim-led NGOs. It included prominent speakers from the DEC, DFID, Euclid Network, CAFOD, Oxfam and Islamic Relief.

The workshop focused on how to build successful partnerships and organizational capacities through collaborations. It was discovered that it was important for NGOs to learn from one other and build relationships in order to bring a mix of skills and experiences to the relationship and learn from organisations who have already worked successfully with institutional donors.
