Joint Letter to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport: Civil Society Perspectives on Proposed Charity Commission Powers

Our CEO, Fadi Itani OBE, is pleased to be a signatory to this joint letter to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Lisa Nandy MP, highlighting concerns about the proposed expansion of Charity Commission powers.

In line with the Civil Society Covenant, we are calling for meaningful consultation with the sector so that any changes are clearly defined, proportionate, and workable. We look forward to constructive engagement with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport on this issue.
