Insights: Afghanistan February 2022

Across the world, a number of serious humanitarian issues continue to take place, endangering the lives of vulnerable people.

From long-term conflict or outbreak of war, to natural disaster, drought and famine, International Charities are responding swiftly to reach those in need. Aid delivery, especially when across borders, can be challenging and requires appropriate planning to allow for both emergency response and sustainable development programmes.

To support the sector, Muslim Charities Forum publishes the ‘Insights’ series in response to emerging or ongoing crises across the world.

These Insights are designed to support INGOs working in the afflicted areas, providing advice, guidance and resources to support the planning and delivery of their aid efforts.
