Ayesha Tariq launched All Ways Network (AWN) in 2017 and as Chair, led the organisation from a volunteer to a staff-led organisation. Her grant-making experience highlighted the scarcity of bids from Muslim-led charities to major funders. Ayesha took on a personal mission to plan one of the first events for Muslim not-for-profits (NFPs) to meet a range of high-profile funders including BBC Children in Need, London Marathon Charitable Trust and the Clothworkers’ Foundation amongst others. Ayesha feels that through assisting NFPs, not only Muslim but the wider communities can be strengthened in order to help make a sustainable impact.

When Ayesha is not working, she enjoys cultural activities, playing Wordle, and travelling across the world.
