Javeria Hashmi 〉

Javeria Hashmi is the Deputy CEO of READ Foundation and has over 23 years of experience in the charity sector. Throughout her career she has established a reputation as a transformational leader in global humanitarian efforts and sustainable development programmes.

She has worked at various International NGO’s in the UK, Jordan and Pakistan, specifically in championing organisational strategy development for programmatic and operational delivery across the globe. She has been at the forefront of programmes design and implementation, in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Javeria holds a MSc in Food Security from the University of Warwick and a MA in Economics. Additionally, she is a certified Chartered Manager (CMgr, FCMI) with the Chartered Management Institute, UK in senior leadership.
