Sung-Hyui Park is a partner at law firm, Bates Wells, advising on impact investment, as well as helping charities with structuring, governance, mergers, regulatory matters, grant-making, commercial contracts and equity, diversity and inclusion.

Sung-Hyui is a board member of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers’ (GAIL) and the co-founder and trustee of the Social Mission Institute. She is also a core team member for the International Women in Law Project, which published a toolkit for women legal professionals globally to support them in overcoming their key challenges to progression and opportunity in their legal careers.
